Photographer by passion. Physical therapist by profession. Storyteller at heart.
Hi, I'm Sydney — the face behind Sydney Lynn Collective. I'm a lifestyle photographer based in Indiana with a love for capturing genuine moments and meaningful memories. When I'm not behind the camera, I work full time as a physical therapist, where I get to connect with people in a completely different way. Both have taught me the importance of presence, connection, and seeing people for who they truly are.
Photography started as a creative outlet and quickly became something much more. I fell in love with documenting the little moments that often go unnoticed — the in-between laughter, natural movement, and quiet connection that make photos feel real years later.
Outside of portrait sessions, I love travel and animal photography. Some of my favorite images have come from my travels to Kenya, where I captured landscapes, wildlife, and everyday life. My goal is simple: to create images that feel natural, timeless, and true to you.

Good to know
Will you reschedule for weather?
Absolutely. We'll happily reschedule for weather — no charge, no hassle.
What should I wear?
Wear what you're comfortable in, but choose what you'd love to see yourself photographed in. Solid colors and light patterns photograph beautifully — I'd steer away from neon or harsh colors.
Do you shoot indoors or outdoors?
Both. I bring studio lights and love natural window light, though outdoors is my favorite. For dim indoor spaces, I'll usually recommend studio lighting to keep things looking their best.
How do I book?
Reach out through the contact form with your session type and preferred timeframe. A 50% deposit holds your date; the remaining 50% is due when your gallery is ready.
When will I get my photos?
Galleries are delivered within 4 weeks of your session.
How many photos do I get?
Each session includes a set number of hand-edited images, listed with each session.
Do you travel for sessions?
Local sessions are based in Evansville and Newburgh. For travel and destination photography, ask about The Horizon Session.
